NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Episode Solutions, LLC, a leading provider of coordinated wholistic care solutions for specialty care patient populations, has announced the appointment of Todd Grant as VP Finance and Accounting. In this role, Grant will work closely with the executive leadership team to oversee the financial operations, financial planning and analysis, and audit needs of the company as it proceeds into an accelerated growth phase.
As the healthcare landscape shifts from fee-for-service reimbursement to value-based payment models, the demand for proven specialty value-based care solutions is rapidly increasing. Episode Solutions’ innovative platform is designed to enable providers to operate at the top of their licensure, reducing the burden of downstream patient care responsibilities.

Before joining Episode Solutions, Grant served as SVP Finance and Administration for Conversa Health. During his time at Conversa, he led accelerated growth activities, a Series B round of funding and ultimately the due diligence and sale. Prior to Conversa, Grant held leadership roles for NTT Data Services, NTT Centerstance, and Infinity Internet, among others. Todd and his wife relocated to Nashville from Phoenix, Arizona. We are glad to have him at the corporate office as his experience matches well with the challenges the company faces from rapid revenue growth.
